Why we do not accept general returns
All products on Merch Madness are printed and produced on demand — each one is made specifically for the person who ordered it. Because of this, we cannot accept returns simply because you changed your mind about a purchase. This is standard across the custom merchandise industry.
What is covered
We stand behind the quality of every order. You are covered if:
- Misprinted items — the design is noticeably wrong, misaligned, or poor quality compared to the product listing
- Damaged items — the product arrived with visible damage from production or shipping
- Defective items — the product has a manufacturing flaw (stitching, blank quality, etc.)
- Wrong item — you received a different product or size than what you ordered
- Lost in transit — your package never arrived
Time limits
- Damaged, defective, or misprinted items: Claims must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
- Lost packages: Claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
How to file a claim
- Contact us through the support link on your order confirmation email or at the bottom of the product page where you made your purchase.
- Include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
- Attach photos showing the problem. For damaged or misprinted items, we need photos of the actual product — this helps us resolve your claim quickly.
- We will review your claim and respond with a resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
Claims determined to be an error on our part are resolved at our expense.
Wrong address
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided at checkout, the package may be returned to our production facility. In this case, you would be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order to an updated address.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Unclaimed packages
If a delivery attempt is made and the package goes unclaimed, it may be returned to our production facility. Reshipping costs would apply. Unclaimed returns that are not resolved within 30 days may be donated to charity.
Order cancellations
Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered production. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Hygiene and sealed items
Certain product categories (such as face masks and similar sealed items) cannot be returned once opened, for health and hygiene reasons. This applies regardless of the reason for return.
Notice for EU buyers: Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to a buyer's specifications or clearly personalized, or to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery. All Merch Madness products are custom-made to order.
Color accuracy
Colors displayed on your screen may vary slightly from the printed product. Differences in monitor settings, device displays, and printing processes can cause minor color variations. This is not considered a defect unless the print is significantly different from the product listing.
